AGREE ON THE FIT.
Define your service area, project types, homeowner criteria, and estimate availability together before campaigns begin.
SHARED STARTING POINTFOR RESIDENTIAL ARTIFICIAL-TURF INSTALLERS
Turn interest in a better yard into qualified estimate conversations. We’re building an appointment service for installers who take on full-yard conversions and substantial pet-yard projects.
An introductory conversation. A clear look at the fit.
QUALIFY FIRST.You fund the advertising separately. The agency fee would apply per qualified estimate appointment that takes place.
Pricing, qualification, minimum commitments, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
01 / THE PROCESS
Start with a shared definition of a good fit.
Build the appointment process around it.
Define your service area, project types, homeowner criteria, and estimate availability together before campaigns begin.
SHARED STARTING POINTUse Facebook and Instagram campaigns to reach homeowners considering a turf project, with ad spend funded by you.
FACEBOOK + INSTAGRAMCheck inquiries against the agreed criteria and arrange estimate appointments around your availability.
FIT BEFORE A CALENDAR SLOTConduct the estimate, recommend the right installation, and handle the quote, follow-up, and sale.
YOUR EXPERTISE. YOUR SALE.This is the intended workflow. An appointment is an opportunity to estimate a project, not a promise of a sold job.
02 / CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
A useful partnership starts with knowing who does what.
Campaign setup and management, inquiry qualification, and estimate scheduling against the criteria we agree on.
Fund ad spend separately. Supply project photos and service details, keep estimate availability current, conduct estimates, and handle sales and installation.
Qualification criteria, attendance verification, appointment fees, minimum commitments, cancellation terms, and any guarantees before work starts.
03 / OUR INITIAL FOCUS
We’re looking to speak with dedicated residential artificial-turf installers in the US. This is our initial niche as we develop the service.
Sound like your business? Let’s talkResidential projects that replace a meaningful portion of a homeowner’s existing yard with artificial turf.
Purpose-built pet areas where scope, drainage, preparation, and installation quality matter.
A defined service area, the capacity to take on projects, and an owner or estimator who can attend appointments and follow up.
Initially less suited to turf supply only, small repairs, or general lawn maintenance.
04 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
The offer is still being developed.
Here’s what we can say today.
The criteria would be agreed with you before campaigns begin. They may include homeowner status, location, project type and scope, and readiness for an estimate. No final criteria or thresholds have been set.
The proposed agency fee is per qualified estimate appointment that actually takes place. How attendance is verified and how cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows are handled still need to be agreed in writing. Advertising spend is funded by you separately.
You fund the advertising separately from any agency appointment fees. Qualified Appointments Only does not promise to fund your ads. The advertising budget and payment setup would be discussed before work starts.
Pricing and minimum commitments are not finalized. The intended model is an agency fee per qualified estimate that takes place, with contractor-funded advertising spend separate. Any commercial terms must be reviewed and agreed before starting.
No appointment volume or sales guarantee is offered. An estimate appointment does not guarantee a sold job. You handle quoting, sales follow-up, and installation; any future guarantees would need separate review and agreement.
We talk through your service area, typical projects, estimate process, capacity, and advertising expectations. We’ll explore whether the proposed approach fits your business and identify what would need to be agreed before working together.
